Oh yes. I think a great mashoff theme would be "Music for Making Love", and this would win hands down. Put some cover art on this one so it can hit the FP.

The phrasing at 1:46 was surprising in a good way.

Here come some nitpicks, which are intended to show how much I care :1smiley:
  • The "da-da-da-da" at 0:22 sounded good, but for some reason at 0:44 it sounded a bit off.
  • Some of the Nate Dogg ad-libs seemed a bit clashy (@ 2:14, 2:20, 2:28, 2:33, 2:38).
  • Snoop's timing at 3:26 needs to be tuned up.

Artistically speaking... it's a winner for sure.

Nice work! I like how your songs often have a nice dance groove and aren't too short.

I'm not certain Snoops not a little ooky, but not in a bad way necessarily. It's like the last da, or e needs to go up a semitone to resolve perfectly to the instrumental maybe...it's not like 'omg what's that doing', but might sound better up. MashGyver will probably tell you if I'm talking poop or not ;)

yea yea yea at 2 mins seems to cut fairly quickly, sounds like it could do with ringing on with a bit o verb / delay stuff... in fact da, da, da's & yea, yea, yea's, every day's might enjoy a little tale-off verb / delay (more noticable some places than others)

OR might actually want to just add a light verb / delay to the overall vocal group / tracks to bed it with the feel of the instrumentals warm verb.

Other than that/ even so I love it.

misunderstood that EVERY dagaga needed extra semitone, put them all on a separate track, found that one missed at 3:50 and added that, and had to move the vocal after that a few beats to now 3:51 - 4:01 where is somehow fits better (phrasing).
Not everywhere the extra semitone is needed; not in the intro for instance. I chose upping at 0:12
0:33
1:03
1:44 NOT
2:05
2:50
3:50 the extra dagada, this one fits the best with the extra semitone.

Like the verb! think it smoothes it out nicely.

2nd opinion on the tuning prolly worth while - my ears aren't always perfect, but think u r right on some needed it and some didn't dependant on what the instrumental is doing.

Be good if you could leave the previous version(s) as a player for comparison from the site rather than having to d/load and check one in one place and the other in another xx
