If not and new.official.fm is here to stay, that still leaves the problem of the broken links. 90% of the tracks on the FP will have to be replaced, people all over the world will have to update every single link of theirs from the old one to the new one

As for a streaming link that works for both preview players and for the frontpage we have this

all you need to do is replace TRACKID... the downside is it doesn't register at Official.fm... but then it's the best we have... and all those thumbs ups on the frontpage should give you some indication

Can't find the option to forward a mash to all my contacts either. Talking of which, where have they gone? Are they still 'associated' with my account and following me, or has that been switched off? It's always nice to spam your buddies with your latest and greatest creation!! Ha!

I figured out how to log back into the old style. There are two ways.

One: You can sign into the old design via Facebook. Don't use your official UN/PW.

Two: If you click on the new official.fm login, there's a banner at the very top that says "Long time user? Login to the old service" which should let you do it as well.

I just tried those two ways myself, and it's just redirecting me back to the new.official.fm/signin page.

Sorry. Those methods were working as of last week. I guess they noticed people doing it and closed that loophole.

Well, the tick box to auto load your mash to You Tube works. Loaded my new one (and went through all my old mashs - think there were about 70 or so - one by one and loaded them). There were some copyright restrictions placed on some (as you would expect from YT), but most seem to have loaded okay. It seemed to bomb on a few, but I guess that's YT rejecting them...? Just got an influx of comments in my in-box to weed through now! DOH!

What a great lil' function. Congrats Official (oh, and please don't throw us all off!)

It uses the album artwork.

It is very handy. It will also load it to your Soundcloud automatically.

I just wish the personal profile had...anything. It's so barren and nobody has viewed my mashups since I switched over to the new one.

hey im ever so slow, but wtf happened to official fm? they kicked me out some time ago because they turned paysite but now its free again? or am i missing something?
and if so, what are the chances they wont make it a paysite again at some point?
