(!) Dance monkey in the shadows - Tones an I vs. The Rasmus
There are already a number of different dance re-(mixes) of “Dance monkey” out there, but this is the one and only Rock-mix:

Instrumental: The Rasmus – In the shadows
Acapella: Tones and I – Dance monkey
(I think the player doesn't work correctly. Could anyone solve this problem for me?

For some reason the mp3 preview didn't play for me, so I gave it a listen at sowndhaus. I like this mix a lot! Great pairing.

No, should be stereo.
But I found another instrumental on my hardisc this aftrenoon.
Thisone sounds much more better, so I exchanged them.
Link is changed, too.

Hey dude, Cool mash!
However the vocal placement is too late in the verses. I think they are maybe 4 beats too late.
Chrous is spot on though placement wise
I would suggest the vocals could be more prominent in the chorus, maybe some stereo width or just make them a touch louder would be great but it's just a minor thing. Main thing is the vocal placement, fix it and this could be a pretty cool mash

Sorry, but to be honest, I don't know exactly, what do you mean!
4 Beats too late means that it would be completly out of ... everything?!

The vocals are placed too late by like a full bar. Whilst they are on beat, they are placed too late, so the chord progression doesn't match.
It does match in the chrous though so you obviously had to cut the vocals to make it work correctly for the chorus. Try place the vocals earlier during the verse and so that it lines up to the vocals in the chorus without the need to cut it (or just drag the vocals from the chrous back over the verse) then you'll hear the difference as it will be placed correct.
If you still aren't sure let me know and I'll render a quick sample to show you what I mean.
