(!) Maleitas Do Passado (Leandro vs My Chemical Romance)

The mashup's name is translated as close as "Sorrows Of The Past", and it's all about the loneliness and brokenhearted people turning thenselves into depressive lifestyles.

Trust me, everyone goes through this at some point. It's up to the singularity of the individual person getting up and fight it... or embrace it. :1rolleyes:

Leandro - Mas Quem Será (DIY vocals)
My Chemical Romance - The Ghost Of You (instrumental)

It's mostly very good. There are a couple of spots where some spot-pitching would help, though. The wort offender is at 0:40.

Version 1.5 Is UP!

Post Sat Nov 30, 2019 8:04 am

As asked, this one had the vocals pitch-corrected, aside from being volume-boosted by 0,5;

Already available on my main sowndhaus account! :1grin:

It's a nice combo, I didn't get too excited though, so I'm giving this one thumb up :1smiley:

Very good, Gladi. My only concern is that the vocals aren’t loud enough during the chorus parts. I see that it’s a DIY, but it sounds pretty dang clean during the verses, so I would assume you could bump them up a bit louder without DIY artifacts popping up. You could even consider wide-double/triple-tracking them (e.g. add chorus 2 on left channel and chorus 3 on right channel over chorus 1) to add some “meat” to the chorus.

Otherwise, it works really well!
