Tutorial Requests? Post em here

Post Wed May 27, 2015 3:49 pm

Okay so a long time ago I used to do tutorials/reviews/etc and I'm also self-employed as a media editor so I may as well put that to good use and help some of you out here with some tutorials (along with the fact it would be handy to have a video to point people at).

Coming soon:
> EQ (Basics: what it is, why it's important and how to)
> Stereo panning
> Vocal Placement

Coming not so soon:
> Complete Beginners Guide to Mashups

If you have any requests post them below :1smiley:

Okay, here is a big one: using Ableton to DJ live.
I am here, and so are you. We can be together at other places, too

I would really appreciate a tutorial on how to use stereo effects and panning during mixing in the right way. To me this has always been kind of blurry and a try and error game.

Sorry I never got round to this, University and Illness took over, however I am determined to give these a shot, if not soon, then in January :1smiley:

Can't wait to see what you post on these. For those of us who are "winging it" it would be nice to see what the "pros" do. I'm sure I could learn a lot from your videos.

Okay so first one will be coming in a week or so and it's on the basics of EQ :1smiley:

While I'm making it; are there any particular questions anyone has that they'd like addressed?

Unfortunately I don't use Ableton (Traktor is my go-to) so I'd be useless at hat :1undecided:
