You don’t see many Italian mashers, so kudos for that. I like this, it’s a nice revisit of the 80’s with two classics. The harmonics work well enough. I also like the way you have used the original Simple minds song at the climax of the track, it makes for a nice ending to what would have been a simple A n B blend.
Cons:
The only annoying thing about the mix is the bassline in the Dire Straits track (see my tips). I can tell you haven’t used an acapella (which I’m not sure even excists). It is slightly distracting, but nothing that should stop people giving this a click.
Tips:
You could use either Eqing or a VST (something like a kill switch) to soften that bassline I mentioned.

It's good to hear more producers experimenting with more unusual combinations. This is the kind of pairing I would normally only expect from the mighty G3RSt.
Cons:
While it's a charming blend of tracks and structurally works very well, there are pitch issues with the vocal. It would take a lot of fine editing and a good ear to iron these out with minor adjustments but it's not impossible.
Tips:
Listening to a few of your other tracks, you're not short of inventiveness. You've worked with some really interesting sources, and I'd certainly like to hear more from you in future. Clashing notes seem to be a common problem with your tracks though, so that's the area where you need to put in the practice.
